Advanced yoga classes & courses require a strong commitment to the understanding and practice of Iyengar yoga.
It is suitable for experienced students who are establishing a personal yoga practice, can hold steady in Sirsasana (headstand – free stand or against the wall), and can press up into Urdhva Dhanurasana (backbend).
Suitable for experienced students with at least 4-5 years committed practice.
Duration of the class is 2 hours
You have the freedom to join a Yoga 3 class when it suits you, as well as change the days you attend, and with classes always running you are not bound by term/course start & finish dates.
Yoga 3 courses require registration and pre booking as numbers are limited.

Classes start promptly so please arrive 10 minutes prior. For added security, doors are locked upon class commencement.
