Intermediate Level 2

Yoga intermediate 2 classes & intensives generate a deeper understanding of yoga, building strength & resilience, with regular practice of Iyengar yoga poses such as backbends, headstand/shoulderstand & pranayama.

Duration of the class is 1 hour 30 minutes

Yoga Intermediate 2 classes & intensives for intermediate students are structured to assist you to move through the class levels at your own pace. If you are an intermediate student of yoga & attend a Yoga Intermediate 2 class, you can be sure that the class is specifically designed only for that level. When you feel you need a more challenging class you can consult the teachers at Yoga Jivana or attend a yoga advanced class or intensive. You also have the freedom to join a Yoga Intermediate 2 class when it suits you, as well as change the days you attend.
