Slow-Paced Yoga



Slow-Paced Yoga is sequenced for students who would prefer and/or benefit from a more slowly paced, less vigorous class or for those who need to work at a slower more detailed pace due to age, injury or recovery from illness.

Start slowly, and develop progressively…

The class is designed to help develop confidence & stability with a mind-body-breath balance while learning ways to stretch, strengthen and relax intelligently. You do have the freedom to join this yoga class when it suits you, although it is better to check the scheduling of the class by clicking the link below.

Please contact us here to confirm the class if you are new to Yoga Jivana or have been absent for some weeks.

Duration of the class is 1 hour 30 mins – please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class so we can start on time! Suitable for levels Yoga Intermediate 1 & above – not suitable for absolute beginners

Our classes run daily during Vic School Terms only.  Check our Workshops & Intensives page for classes during school holiday periods.
You can buy single, 3, or 5 class passes online or at reception.

Classes start promptly so please arrive 10 minutes prior.  For added security, doors are locked upon class commencement.
