Morning Intermediate Intensive with Berenice Franklin
Focus: Twists & Arm Balances
6:00AM to 7:30AM

Evening Intermediate Intensive with Anita Del Testa
Focus: Supporting the immune system and balancing the central nervous system to prepare the body and mind as you transition into the colder months of Autumn
6:30PM to 7:30PM
