Yoga Jivana’s beginners yoga basics classes are recommended for those new to yoga. This level emphasises the basics of Iyengar Yoga and concentrates on standing yoga poses, forward bends, twists & relaxation. Attending these classes will help you experience more flexibility and develop your core strength, de-stress your life, and give you skills to relax both your body and mind enabling you to enjoy greater wellbeing.
Duration of the class is 1 hour 15 mins
Our classes are structured to assist you to move through the yoga class levels at your own pace. If you are a beginner and
attend a yoga basics class, you can be sure that the class is
specifically designed only for beginners.
When you feel you need a more
challenging class you can consult the teachers at Yoga Jivana or simply
attend a Yoga 1 class.
You also have the freedom to join a yoga class when it suits you, as well as change the days you attend. And with yoga classes always running you are not bound by term/course start & finish dates.
Yoga Jivana beginners classes are
ongoing throughout the year with some exceptions. There are no classes
on public holiday weekends.
Drop-in's are welcome to these classes, and
the sessional fee applies. For best results consecutive weekly
attendance is recommended!
