iyengar yoga 2 for intermediate
yoga 2 classes
Mondays 6am, Thursdays 6pm & Sundays 10am
These classes generate a deeper understanding of yoga, building strength & resilience, with regular practice of Iyengar yoga poses such as backbends, headstand/shoulderstand & pranayama.
Duration of the class is 2 hours
Yoga 2 classes for intermediate students are structured to assist you to move through the class levels at your own pace. If you are an intermediate student of yoga & attend a Yoga 2 class, you can be sure that the class is specifically designed only for that level. When you feel you need a more challenging class you can consult the teachers at Yoga Jivana.
You also have the freedom to join a class when it suits you, as well as change the days you attend, and with classes always running you are not bound by term/course start & finish dates.
