This Iyengar yoga class refines and consolidates yoga basics for beginners. Yoga 1 introduces shoulderstand yoga poses, other inverted preparations, and basic backbends designed to help develop confidence.
Duration of the class is 1 hour 30 mins

Mondays 9:30am & Tuesdays 7:15pm
This Iyengar yoga class continues to consolidate the yoga basics for beginners but introduces the greater challenge of fully inverted yoga asanas.
Duration of the class 1 hour 45mins.
Designed for experienced beginners, Yoga 1 and Yoga Intro to 2 classes are structured to assist you to move through the class levels at your own pace. If you are an experienced beginner & attend a Yoga 1 class, you can be sure that the class is specifically designed only for that level. When you feel you need a more challenging class you can consult the teachers at Yoga Jivana or simply attend a Yoga intro to 2 class.
You also have the freedom to join a yoga class when it suits you,
as well as change the days you attend. And with yoga classes always running
you are not bound by term/course start & finish dates.
