pranayama

pranayama course for intermediate & advanced students

Prana is usually translated as breath, and means respiration, life, vital energy and strength. Pranayama is the art and technique of intentionally controlling the breath to regulate the flow of prana throughout the body. This discipline develops mental concentration and clarity, along with vibrant good health

Our Pranayama courses are suitable for Yoga 2 Intermediate and Yoga 3 & 4 Advanced students, who are able to practice inverted yoga poses (headstand / shoulderstand) with or without support (wall / chair, etc).

Registration for the course is essential. It requires a commitment to the complete course to fully develop the understanding of the technique & practice of Pranayama. 100% course attendance is desirable.

Pranayama courses are run periodically. To find out when the next Pranayama course will be held you can subscribe to Get the News or keep checking our website for further details.

Duration of the class is 1 hour 30 mins
