we offer the following classes:
iyengar yoga basics for beginners
There are two types of beginners classes - Yoga Basics for those new to yoga and Yoga Basics for Beginners which assists you at moving through this level at your own pace.
yoga for experienced beginners
Yoga 1 & Yoga Intro to 2 classes refines Yoga Basics and introduces you to poses such as shoulder stands, basic backbends and other inverted preparations.
yoga 2 for intermediate
Generates a deeper understanding of yoga
yoga 3 & 4 for advanced
Requires a strong commitment to the understanding and practice of Iyengar yoga
open & led yoga practices
Can work on your own, with access to equipment and resources
trainee teacher class
A one hour Yoga 1 class taught by a trainee teacher who is currently studying at Yoga Jivana.

ongoing throughout the year with some exceptions. There are no classes
